22 Bridges arranges customizable cultural and sightseeing tours for business travelers in Beijing. Services include:
- Airport/train transfers

- Great Wall & heritage site visits
- Professional bilingual drivers and coordinators
- Private car & group van options
Client Protection: Pricing transparency and booking confirmations are provided in writing. Tour changes due to weather or delays will be communicated in advance.
Quotes & Payments
- All price quotations are valid for a limited time only and subject to market changes.
- Official quotations must bear our company seal and signature.
- Prices may fluctuate due to changes in production cost, logistics fees, exchange rates, or supplier availability.
- Quotes accepted by clients become binding invoices.
- Once an invoice is accepted, clients must pay a 50% deposit within 48 hours.
- Final payments are required before shipment or service execution.
Invoices must be paid via international bank transfer (USD unless agreed otherwise). All bank fees must be covered by the client.
Cancellations, Delays & Refunds
- Clients must request cancellations in writing.
- A 5% processing fee applies for cancellations after deposit.
- Any additional costs related to cancellation (e.g., purchase orders, supplier losses, third-party bookings) must be paid by the client.
Refunds are processed only if:
- There’s a clear failure of service delivery.
- Goods are defective or do not match the approved sample.
- There’s an unreasonable delay caused by 22 Bridges.
Digital products or consulting documents (e.g., Excel/PDF reports) are non-refundable after delivery.
Shipping & Delivery (for sourcing clients)
- Standard delivery time is 30–45 business days after deposit and final order confirmation.
- Delays caused by customs, supplier backlog, or natural events (e.g., lockdowns) are not the responsibility of 22 Bridges.
- All products are shipped under EXW or FOB terms unless otherwise stated.
- Clients are responsible for choosing their shipping method unless a logistics agreement is signed with us.
- Clients who request changes to shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing list) may incur admin fees of $100–$300 per document.
Product Inspection & Claims
- Clients must inspect received goods within 15 days of delivery.
- Any issues (damage, defects, shortages) must be reported immediately with supporting images/videos.
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- For issues caused by production (not shipping), we will work with clients on fair resolution or refund per agreement.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All discussions, reports, supplier lists, and business deals are confidential.
- Clients may not share sensitive content without written consent from 22 Bridges.
- All designs, reports, and strategies provided by 22 Bridges are protected intellectual property.
- If a client requests custom research or private label development, 22 Bridges retains rights unless contractually transferred.
Dispute Resolution
- If disputes arise, both parties must attempt to resolve via email or written notice within 21 days.
- If unresolved, legal action may be initiated under the jurisdiction where the service was delivered (China).
- Clients must not publicly defame or disclose private information relating to business disputes without formal process.
Amendments & Changes
- We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or notices on the website.
Disclaimer
22 Bridges is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate client-provided data, supplier-side delays, or force majeure events. Our role is facilitative and advisory — not a legal entity in supplier disputes unless expressly contracted to mediate.
Intellectual Property
All content, reports, graphics, and data created by 22 Bridges remain its property unless otherwise agreed in a separate document. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing is strictly prohibited.
